PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WORKING WEEKS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT. IN CASE YOU WOULD LIKE A SPECIALIZED COLOR OR SIZE, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PERSONALIZATION. PRICES INC. VAT AND SHIPPING (UNLESS PACKAGE IS OVER 2KG)

All orders are shipped from Riga, Latvia. Taxes and duties are inlcuded for all orders within the EU. International taxes and duties are NOT INCLUDED and will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that all orders are handled by DHL EXPRESS. Shipping is DDP(Delivery Duty Paid) for all EU customers. Shipping and duties for international orders are calculated at checkout. Once the order is passed to DHL EXPRESS Letanne is no longer responsible for the delivery process. Any shipping delays, customs issues entering or exiting countries, fees that may apply during the shipping process, Letanne will not and cannot be held responsible. When your package goes through Customs you will be contacted with further instructions on how to receive your package. Duties and import taxes are not included.

RETURNS:

All LETANNE products are custom handmade to order especially for you and therefore NON REFUNDABLE and NON RETURNABLE. If it is OUR stock and the item is not personalised or altered - a return can be accepted depending on the circumstances.

DAMAGED & DEFECTED ITEMS: if you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact us so that we can help resolve the issue. If the item is not the correct fit and needs correction to better fit you - please contact us at contact@letanne.com in order to proceed with alterations.

LETANNE reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund being processed. In order to avoid this, please contact us to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

When requesting a return, it is the customers responsibility to send the package back to LETANNE.
Please ensure to keep the return postage receipt until the situation has been reviewed by us.
LETANNE reserves the right to refuse any request for a return without this mandatory proof of return postage.
